Deal: $40 Off Amazon Echo to Celebrate 2nd Birthday, Now $140

...

Amazon Echo, usually carrying a $179.99 price tag, is listed at $40 off currently on Amazon, celebrating its 2nd birthday. With the $40 off, you can grab the Alexa-powered cylinder for $140, bringing it a bit closer to the Google Home in terms of pricing ($129).

Do note that, if you were in the market for an Echo, a refurbished unit from Amazon costs $150, any time of the year. No birthday celebration needed for those savings. However, if you like your tech new and fresh out of the box, plus another $10 cheaper, now is a good opportunity.

No word on how long this sale will last, so if you’re interested, you may want to snag one. Oh, and the White model is available at the same discounted price, too.
