Samsung Seeds Invites to IFA Event, Teases New Gear Watches

...

The time and place has been set for Samsung’s next announcement, this time at IFA on September 1. Given the hands of a watch imagery used on the invite itself, we expect Samsung to show off its next generation of Gear smartwatches, and the timing seems about right.

Specifically, the event will kick off on Thursday, September 1, at 11AM (Berlin). For us on the west coast of the US, that’s 2AM (5AM for east coast). Woof.

For those concerned, don’t worry, Samsung will undoubtedly make a livestream available for all, if you plan on being awake.
