iPhone 7 Wish List: What We Want

Apple is scheduled to host its annual iPhone event in San Francisco today, where we'll probably see the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. But as we approach the tenth anniversary of the iPhone next year, how much more innovating can Apple do around its flagship product?

Rumors suggest the new iPhone will do away with the headphone jack, requiring the Lightning port to do double duty. That's good news for wireless headphone makers, but a potential source of irritation for those who just want to stick with their usual earbuds or don't want to shell out for a Lightning adapter. At least one Apple alum thinks this is a bad idea, but PCMag's John Dvorak isn't too concerned.

But the headphone jack is likely not the only thing Apple may (or may not) have up its sleeve. We polled the PCMag staff to find out what they want on iPhone 7. Check out the slideshow for their answers and sound off on your own wish list in the comments below. And check back tomorrow at 1 p.m. ET for all the details from San Francisco.
